Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, consumers have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract.
Exception for personalised services
Bespoke design services and commissioned fabrication are goods/services made to the client's specifications and clearly personalised, and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal once work has started, where the client has expressly consented at checkout. This exclusion is stated clearly before purchase.
Work not yet started
If work has not started, the amount paid is refunded less any justified expenses.
