Preserves and gourmet
Sauces, jams, preserves, spices and gift sets. Jar + signature label and a matching shipping kit, from 30 units.
The problem
Gourmet products sell mostly through two routes where packaging is everything: the gift set and the mail order. In both, the buyer judges before tasting. And the label carries an awkward legal load — ingredients, allergens in bold, net weight, batch, best before — that almost nobody lays out well, so it ends up as a white rectangle stuck on the back that breaks everything else.
How we tackle it
- The name is drawn as the ingredient: roasted tomato, pepper, saffron, bitter orange. It's what makes a small jar work in an overhead photo, which is where it sells.
- The legal face is treated as part of the design, not a patch: ingredients, highlighted allergens, net weight, batch and date, each with its own hierarchy and genuinely legible.
- A coherent range for the basket: several references that read as a family — that's what turns three loose jars into a set worth gifting.
- The shipping is signed too: printed mailer box, tissue paper and matching seal — what the customer sees on opening, and what ends up in the photo they post.

Work done
Open pilot
We're looking for a preserves, sauces or gourmet pantry brand as the sector's first public case: launch pricing in exchange for showing the process.
Sector questions
- Does the label survive the fridge or damp?
- Laminated vinyl handles a fridge and normal handling. If the jar will go through water, a freezer or pasteurisation, say so when you ask for a quote and we adjust the material before printing.
- Do you also make the gift-set box?
- Yes: the launch kit is a printed mailer box + tissue paper + seal sticker, from 30 units and made in the EU. It's designed in the same language as the labels.
- Do you handle ingredient labelling?
- We lay it out with the right hierarchy and allergens highlighted as the rules require. The content is provided by the brand, which owns responsibility for it.
- What's the minimum order?
- 30 jars per design with the label applied, 30 box kits, and 100 if you only want the labels on their own. No stock: made to order.
